March 20–22 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
April 11–12 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
April 24–26 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This 3-day event aims to speed up the process of hiring new talents for customer care positions, allowing candidates to conveniently easy apply, seamless pre-screening, and technical test, and be interviewed from the comfort of your own homes.

We have allocated a limited slot for HR interviews; only those candidates who have passed the initial screening and technical test will be scheduled for the interview.

This is your chance to explore several customer care job openings in one convenient platform and potentially secure a new career opportunity without the hassle of traditional job hunting methods.

Technical Customer Support Specialist : Earn up to 45K*
Enterprise Technical Support Engineer: Earn up to 55K*/Month
Team Leader : Earn up to 65K*/Month

Recruitment Process

When you apply through Messenger, your basic information will be added automatically to our system. The chatbot will ask you the pre screening questions,
You have to choose first which customer care job openings you wish to apply for, complete the pre screening questions, and upload your resume in order to move forward in the next recruitment stage.
After completing the pre-screening questions, only selected candidates will receive an acknowledgement email with links to the speed test and technical assessment test.
If you pass the assessment test, our recruiters will review or paper screen your profile.
If you pass the paper screening, one of our recruiters will reach out to you for a communication assessment.
If you successfully pass the communication assessment, you will be scheduled for a 20-minute HRI interview on April 10–12 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
If you pass the HR interview, the recruiter will schedule you for an on site final interview.

You were required to complete and pass the pre-screening, technical assessment, and communication assessment in order to get a slot for an HR interview during the online career fair.
